Abstract

|
The detection of adrenal cortical insufficiency in it´s incipient state presents a difficult differential diagnostic problem. Here We are reporting another patient with Addison´s disease to Korea Medical Literature.
The patient was hospitalized because of generalized skin pigmentation and mild fatigue, in whom the adrenal reserve function test showed adrenal insufficiency.
